The Library
Marginalia began in a closed antiquarian bookshop, and the shelves stayed.

The first-floor room
Above the dining room, the working library holds the collection and eight covers. It is where the next binding is read, and where private dinners are laid when the room is not in use.

The marginalia
Ottilie keeps her pencil notes in the upstairs copies rather than a separate notebook — corrections, substitutions, the line where a recipe stops being possible in London. They are available on request.
Ask to see the shelves
Guests are welcome upstairs between courses, and after service if the room is free.
